There are alot of hoagie/cheese steak stores that try and capture that authentic South Philly tradition and flavor but fail. Frank and Donna, owners of Joeys II know that you can't take shortcuts to achieve that special tradition and taste of a good hoagie or steak. I was able to access your website and found it very detailed with menu and directions. I saw your article write up in the cuisine of Chester County and decided to drive up for my own opinion. I met Frank today and my wife and I indulged in his suggestion of roast pork with sharp cheese and the 76er. All I can say is WOW!!!
